This card has been made using a sheet designed by Julie Hutchings on the Craftsuprint website you can view more of her work here. I just love this style of dress as you can tell from this previous post. Sticking with Tonic Studios I embossed a piece of toning pearl card using their 'Roseanna' embossing folder, very handy that this folder is A4 in size as I am using a larger card blank 7"x10" in size. Once embossed using the Grand Calibur die cutting machine, I trimmed and adhered to the white shaped card blank. I cut out the main image (I used 2 mats behind it) and mounted onto the card blank. I used some stickles 'Aqua' glitter glue to form a frame around the outside edge of the image. Next I cut out, shaped and decoupaged all the elements using 3d glue then finished with glitter elements and lots of toning gems. I will post again soon, thank you for stopping by x
Welcome to my Blog
Hello and Welcome to my Blog I am so glad you found me. Here you will find a mixture of cards made from digital sheets purchased from the Craftsuprint website, cards made from rubber stamps and other bits and pieces. I got into cardmaking a few years ago by going to a class, then I got the bug. The thing I really like about crafting is that you are constantly learning so you never get bored. Another card using the header dies following on from yesterdays card, the theme today is purple and white this time using the 'Moonglade Wish' die from Tonic Studios, can you tell I am a fan of Tonic Dies? lol...!
First of all I covered a card blank using a nice pearl card then I embossed a piece of white card using the 'Martha' embossing folder from tonic and layered and attached the matt that I created using the header die, once attached I trimmed the white card mounted onto the card blank. I cut out the 'Moonglade Wish' in white and used lots of glitter on the frame and to the fairy and finished off the card using lots of gems.

This is a different card from me, it has been made using Tonic Studios Header Dies. I started with cream hammer card measuring 20x20 cm, using one of the header dies from the 'Ornate Elegance' set, this card was inspired by this video from Jodie Johnson from Tonic Studios. I decided to use gold and cream card stock to create my card.
For the centre of the card I cut out some gold card and embossed it using the tonic 'Amelia' embossing folder, you can just see a little element of the embossing in the photo. I cut out the sentiment heart die 'Mrs & Mrs' from cream card once and then gold textured card twice and slightly offset the sentiments so you get a shadow appearance. I layered them onto a piece of cream card then onto the card blank and finished the card using lots of gold gems.
